OSK Capital Hong Kong Limited (formerly known as OSK Asia Capital Limited) is the specialist Hong Kong investment banking division of the OSK group of companies, licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to engage in corporate finance and securities dealing. The company was established since 2000, formerly known as Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Limited, and was acquired by OSK Asia Holdings Ltd. in May 2007 (renamed to "OSK Holdings Hong Kong Limited" in 2008).
