DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd (“DMG”) was established in 1987 through a joint-venture between Su E-Min & Co and the Deutsche Bank Group. On 31 March 2006, OSK Securities Berhad (now renamed as OSK Investment Bank Berhad), a subsidiary of OSK Holdings Berhad, acquired from Su E-Min & Co its equity interest in DMG & Partners. DMG is a prominent stockbroking house and command a strong presence among retail clients and institutional investors in Singapore.
