Mr. HUI Chiu Chung, Stephen, J.P.
Age 62, Mr. Stephen Hui is the Chief Executive Officer of OSK Holdings Hong Kong Limited, has 37 years of experience in the securities and investment industry. He was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited ("HKEx") in April 2009 for a period of 2 years, and a member of the Committee on Real Estate Investment Trusts of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong ("SFC"). Mr. Hui is also a member of the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, an appointed member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Investigation Panel A and a member of the Appeal Panel of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong. In 2004, Mr. Hui was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Government of the HKSAR and was appointed as a member of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2006.
Mr. Hui has formerly served as a member of the Listing Committee of the HKEx, as a Council Member and Vice Chairman of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as a member of the Advisory Committee of the SFC, as a Director of Hong Kong Clearing Company Limited and was an appointed member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal during 2003-2009.
Mr. CHAN Hing Wah, Steve
Mr. Chan Hing Wah, Steve is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of OSK Holdings Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Chan has over 22 years experience in the securities and futures industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chan has held senior positions of various reputable organizations including Head of Securities Services of Fubon Bank, Managing Director of South China Brokerage Limited, Chief Executive Officer of BOCI Online Trading Limited (formerly Hutchison CSFBdirect Limited), Chief Operating Officer of Infocast Limited, Director of Worldsec International Limited, Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited and Director of HKFE Clearing Corporation Limited.
Mr. Chan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. He had for three years been serving as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Online Brokers and is currently representing the Company as the Vice-Chairman of the Association.
Mr. SUI Ming Fai, Robin
Mr. SUI Ming Fai, Robin is an Executive Director of OSK Holdings Hong Kong Limited. Robin Sui obtained his bachelor degree in accounting from York University, Canada and was admitted as a Member of Dean's Honour Roll. He is also a Member of the HKCPA and a Fellow Member of the ACCA. He had over four years of audit experience with Li, Tang Chen & Co before moving on to the securities industry in 1997 and registered as a licenced dealer representative. Prior to joining the company, he served UOB KayHian (Hong Kong) Limited for three years and held the position of Associate Director.
Mr. AU Kim Fung, Allen
Mr. Au Kim Fung, Allen is Managing Director of OSK Securities Ltd and is responsible for all aspects of the business activities including the sales and marketing function as well as the supervision of the securities dealing team. He is a registered Responsible Officer with the Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Au has about 25 years of securities dealing and operational experience in the stock broking industry. He has held senior positions in several well-known regional financial institutions.
Mr. TSANG Siu Hung, Simon
Mr. TSANG Siu Hung, Simon is the Executive Director of OSK Futures Hong Kong Limited and is responsible for the development and overall operations of the futures business of the Group. He is a registered Responsible Officer with the Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Tsang has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the securities and futures industry. He has held senior positions in a number of renowned brokerage houses and has participated in setting up several futures dealing companies in Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Group, he was the head of the futures division of a financial services group listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Ms. CHOY Yin Leng, Tina
Ms. Choy Yin Leng, Tina is General Manager of Operations of the OSK Holdings Hong Kong Limited and group of companies and is responsible for overseeing the entire back office operations for the HK group of companies. Prior to this appointment, she was Head of Finance at OSK Holdings Berhad group of companies. She is a Public Accountant (PA) of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). Her prior experience to joining OSKH in 2000 was with another stockbroking company in internal audit for three years as well as twelve years experience in external auditing with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Price Waterhouse in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. |
