The ultimate holding company of OSK Hong Kong Group in Malaysia, OSK Holdings Berhad, has undertaken a re-branding exercise to clearly identify the organizational structure of the OSK Group. The change of company name is in line with the re-branding exercise and to streamline its regional business activities.
In this respect, the names of OSK Asia group companies have been changed as follows effective on 31 October 2008:
